I recently had an eye appointment at this office and, unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. During my exam, I explained to Dr. Teresa Lutz that I currently use progressive lenses and requested a new prescription for them. However, she looked at me like she was confused and I was not provided with a progressive script. Nice staff, but not progressive in thinking. I'm a brand new glasses wearer, ordered my glasses online, they could have gotten me as a new patient, but turned me away when I asked for help adjusting my glasses. Not smart! I drove down the street to America's Best, they were very helpful and gained a new customer.
Great experience from the front office to the doctor
The VA sent me to south shore eye center for my checkup and prescription. Everyone was kind, courteous and knew what they were doing. The store front is beautiful and the exam rooms are very comfortable. They use the latest testing methods and equipment. I would refer people here any day.
I brought my 80 year old mother to see Dr.Gibson..from check in to Dustten getting Mom ready, they were so professional, kind, and took their time with her. I first went to their website before making the appointment and I recommend everyone to go there. It had so much good information. Making it so easy even to set up the appointment.
