Bad service and lack of respect.
Crystal was fabulous to deal with. We had a flat tire on our CRV, and we couldn't get an appointment with Bridgewater Honda for several days. Because we are a Bridgewater Honda customer, we were able to leave our car early and rent a car until the repair was completed. Crystal was friendly, professional, efficient and put us into a CRV with minimal fuss/paperwork. Excellent service! Thank you.
