Dr. Beniwal and the staff at South Shore Endodontics in Duxbury were absolutely wonderful! I called and spoke with Mari at the front desk she is amazing - so kind and helpful. I explained that I was in a lot of pain and They got me in quickly even though they didn’t accept my insurance, which I really appreciated. Absolutely from start to finish Dr. Beniwal, Darial and Chrissy took excellent care of my root canal. The team was compassionate to my needs. The "Gentlewave" showed that my nerve was all clean. I feel so much better having the work done. 5 stars for South Shore Endo. Duxbury,
Sorry to say had a bad experience with this practice. Talked into Root Canal, Exorbitantly priced and did not fix the problem. Very difficult to communicate with, would not recommend, " let the buyer beware"
Having a root canal in general is no fun, but having one half way through pregnancy isn’t any better. I can’t thank the staff enough here for taking care of me during the long 3 hour process to ensure the safety of me and my baby. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient, I felt cared for while I was here. I highly recommend south shore endo for any oral surgery needs!
I have to say it is never fun going to the dentist, BUT, this office with it's caring, compassionate staff (the entire staff, from front desk on back!) and gentle procedures made it so much better! I can't say enough what a pleasant office it is. Thank you especially to Dr. Beniwal and her wonderful assistant Natalie! Tho, I hope not to see you again anytime soon, if the need arises, your office will be the only one I return to!
