Our home was destroyed in Hurricane Milton, and we worked with Southshore Construction to repair and rebuild. Myles and Anna were amazing to work with...great people, professional, and fair any time we ran into challenges. The end result was great, as they put in new kitchen, bathroom, drywall throughout, all new wood floors, repair of stairs, balcony repairs, paint, etc, etc, etc. They did it all, with high quality, and high customer service throughout the process. Anna and Myles really saved us!! We had an old issue from the home we were selling that came up last minute and we were in the most stressful situation with our closing date the very next week. Myles was highly professional and possesses a great knowledge of the industry and his craft. He was communicative, thorough, always kept us up to date on the project's progress, responded quickly to any questions or inquiries. Our project would not have been accomplished on time without him. Myles was a great contractor to work with. They were able to complete my addition in the time frame they said and it was during the holidays where most people take off but his subs were always there. He gave me a great price and even with the drive from Apollo Beach to Dpring Hill was able yo beat all local conteactors that bid my job.All of the subs did good work and if I needed anything else done he would be my first call.
