My appointment was cancelled an hour before my appointment due to cleaning machine malfunctioning. I was ok to reschedule and patiently waited for services for when the next appointment was available. When Jose came to my house and took a look at my couch, he said he is unable to clean it because “my floor is not waterproof” which I found very strange and just seemed like an odd excuse to just not do the job. I had an emergency overnight and contacted South Shore cleaning and they quickly advised me on what to do and scheduled me same day. Quick and effective service. Would definitely contact them again.
I recently had Jose come out to my property to shampoo my sofa and loveseat sectional that I have did a tremendous job. Everything looks clean smells clean and does a great job of cleaning. I highly recommend them if you are looking into getting your carpet shampooed or couches cleaned Highly recommended.
