We had an amazing experience with South Shore Cabinetry Ltd. We had a custom kitchen designed by Tara. Tara was very easy to deal with and flexible with our design ideas. She listened to what we wanted and brought it to life. Korey was great to work with and was prompt to remedy any hic ups along the way. Gavin, the installer was awesome and was very meticulous with the install and made sure every detail was spot on. Cindy and I would truly like to thank Tara, Korey, Gavin and Roy for making us our forever kitchen.
I recently had cabinets made at South Shore Cabinetry in Lake Cowichan, and I must say, the service was excellent. Tara was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the process smooth and enjoyable. I purchased a kitchen island off of them and I was super impressed with how great they were to work with. They were good communicators, accommodating and most of all made a great product. Highly recommend.
Poor customer service, not answering calls ,then actually speaking but then not returning or answering again custom shop with big box attitude
