Very rude and unhelpful. First off, this is my first time writing a review. I was looking at a piece of property down the road, but I live extremely far. I was debating whether it would be worth my time to take a trip down. I called politly asked a simple question about how the boat ramp was (water depths etc.) considering the fact the boat ramp is right by his shop.
