Great service department and adviser experience with my 2023 BMW M440xi!
This is by far the worst and slowest service center i have ever experienced. Extremely slow and unorganized. They are always extremely busy but there online scheduling system always has availability. My vehicle had been in the service center for 4 days for an extremely routine issue. I had to take the vehicle back for a valve cover monday and was told it would be finished the following day the latest. I currently havent heard anything from the service dept. Good service, quick turnaround, free loaner. High price to be expected from the dealer, but 4 stars for everything else!
Bought my first BMW from these guys and Fotios was the salesman that worked with me. That guy is the man. He knows his stuff, hustles big time, and made me feel super comfortable coming from Audi's all my life. On to service, I needed winter tires and rims on the hop,so Fotios set me up with parts, I drove to the dealer, bought them and they installed same day. Service was amazing. Couldn't believe it. Tight operation over there. thanks Guys!
