I’m extremely grateful to the BMW service team for their honesty and professionalism. I brought in a used BMW I was considering purchasing for a pre-purchase inspection. Avoid their Service center, particularly the confused and completely ignorant Service Advisors. Went in for an oil Change as I am traveling. Cross-country in a few saw, and they always do an extensive visual inspection. BMW Tech recommended replacement of a corroded ground AND cracked Control Arm bushing, “before is starts leaking”. I remembered I purchased a Platinum Extended warrantee when I bought my X5 out of Lease for $6k and asked them To check the coverage. NO LUCK.
