I’m extremely grateful to the BMW service team for their honesty and professionalism. I brought in a used BMW I was considering purchasing for a pre-purchase inspection. Although the car initially appeared to be in good condition and even had a clean CARFAX report, the inspection revealed multiple serious issues, including several major oil and coolant leaks. Avoid their Service center, particularly the confused and completely ignorant Service Advisors. Went in for an oil Change as I am traveling. Cross-country in a few saw, and they always do an extensive visual inspection. BMW Tech recommended replacement of a corroded ground AND cracked Control Arm bushing, “before is starts leaking”. I remembered I purchased a Platinum Extended warrantee when I bought my X5 out of Lease for $6k and asked them To check the coverage. NO LUCK. Great service department and adviser experience with my 2023 BMW M440xi!
This is by far the worst and slowest service center i have ever experienced. Extremely slow and unorganized. They are always extremely busy but there online scheduling system always has availability. My vehicle had been in the service center for 4 days for an extremely routine issue. I had to take the vehicle back for a valve cover monday and was told it would be finished the following day the latest. I currently havent heard anything from the service dept.
