Very disappointed with the customer service at this branch. In fairness I walked in without an appointment to have someone at the branch stamp some paperwork. A service advertised as provided to account holders. Three clerks stood around while the bank manager was in a zoom meeting. Totally fine. I waited for about 20mins. No offer to set an appointment, no offer to see if the manager could stamp the papers while she was in her meeting. Eventually after about half an hour I got up and left to go to work.
