We had the best experience buying not 1 but 2 used vehicles for our kids! I contacted South Shore Auto Mall to take a look at a ford truck they were selling, and ended up purchasing it. Shant and Carlo are the two who worked with me and they are very nice people and good to work with. The prices on their vehicles are very very fair and there are zero hidden fees, just inspection and doc fees. I bought at truck from south shore auto mall in Whitman this June, Shant was great to work with. He had all the documentation on the vehicle history, and was great with communication throughout the process. Based on my experience I Would highly recommend working with south shore auto mall if you are looking for a used vehicle.
Very professional, understood exactly what my needs were. Went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Certainly will do business with them again in the future.
Had a bad experience with this dealership. I reached out regarding a 1991 Jeep Cherokee that they listed for sale.I was texting with the dealership about the car they had listed. They use an automated bot that gets you to show up just find out the car has been sold long before you made the appointment.
