Professional staff, very carrying and dedicated to the wellbeing of the children they support. Thank you everyone!
They asked me to move from Woburn to Quincy because they do not provide services in Woburn. When I moved to Quincy they told me that they have changed the policy and cannot provide support because my kid is over 6 years old. They are very cruel and unethical, they would not respond to follow ups. We had to invest so much time and money in moving to Quincy. This was a cruel joke on their part.
A great addition to a necessary community resource. Thanks for bringing this to the S Shore.
I have never left a public negative review for any company, but I relied heavily on public reviews when choosing an early intervention provider for my son. This company does not have the staffing abilities to provide the necessary home based ABA hours. I chose this provider under the impression we would have home based services for 15 hours per week. They were only able to staff 7.5 hours, which we accepted because our BT and BCBA were wonderful. We sent our son to another company for center based ABA services to make up for... read more
My son went here for a little over 2 years and I can't say enough good things about this center. The staff here are compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. My son went from barely saying a few words to forming full blown sentences while he was here. I encountered one issue while he was here in regards to him and another peer and the matter was promptly rectified. I would recommend this center to any parent out there.
