I lived in Jessica’s Plymouth property for 14 years and moved for retirement reasons. Jessica answered any concerns I had quickly and professionally. Her maintenance team came very quickly if I had an issue and were prompt and polite.
DO NOT RENT!!!! I would highly recommend staying away from any properties owned by Jess Berard She's definitely not the friendliest Landlord and quite honestly doesn't care about her tenants or tenants concerns She would just brush them off. Maintenance on the buildings is atrocious it's either her fixing it or herself or hiring some under the table Work to get a quick fix in and Tries to cut corners in cost,and repairs but will raise the rent every 6 months if you truly value your money and where you're gonna be living, def... read more
Horrible landlord money can be spent on such better places landlord does not care about the building maintenance and is very cheap when fixing anything rent always increases because of the poor building conditions and tenants constantly moving in and out that right there is a red flag in itself definitely keep looking if you can

I have rented from Jess at South Shore Apartments since 2016 and have lived at two different properties. Jess and her maintenance team are very responsive to any requests placed and takes preventative work on the common areas as well as the individual units and provides upgrades when things are at the end of their life cycle.
