Great staff! Really takes the time to evaluate my dog for anything and everything by asking questions as well as answering yours, when taking her for her yearly appointment.
This clinic is one of the best. Prices are honest and fair, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and my animals have always been treated like they’re family. I travel 40 miles one way to have my animals cared for; Dr. Roy and all the staff are worth the extra miles.
While veterinarian Dr. Jennifer Roy is great with animals and care, annual exams and vaccine prices are inflated, general routine care is expensive, and getting prescriptions filled from an online pet pharmacy is nothing short of a hassle due to their "policy". WARNING, this veterinarian will NOT approve scripts from legit, well known online pet pharmacies unless you go back to their facility to get a physical script. Discovered this when my faxed prescription requests from the pharmacy were ignored by Dr. Roy and her staff.... read more
SSAH has been our vet for 5-6 years now. Doc is amazing! The whole office really cares for you & your pet. Doc takes time to explain everything to you always & genuinely LOVES her animal clients. She has been so knowledgable about everything we’ve brought our pets in for. She also tries to keep the price point to your budget the best she can!
