Staggering negligence experienced with this company. They were transporting me from one hospital to another downstate and ran out of oxygen. I was a patient on a ventilator! I was so weak when I got to the hospital I couldn't even ask for help! I passed out and was rushed back into the ICU! How does this happen?? The only reason I didn't sue is because the EMTs were all incredibly sorry for the oversight and really nice and kind to me on the hours long trip. They apologized profusely.
