I used to love this place. They had the most amazing hygienist. now if you get the same person twice it's a miracle and they barely clean your teeth. The front desk is a disaster. Most places tell you what it's going to cost... not when you walk in the door for your appointment .. surprise you need $1500 or no one will touch you.//and a million texts to remind you you have an e appointment, but do not answer the phone and your appointment is canceled... and then they will try and accommodate you on a 9-5 schedule...Not that ... read more
Worst dental place ever!!!!! They rob you !!! And don’t know what there talking about! Front desk is the worst I’ve ever seen!!
You are walking in with pain, paying 300 bucks for the xray and exam and leaving in pain south shore dental could improve by helping patients in pain but instead they have a small list of accepted insurances and a large fee schedule. meaning if you cannot afford to pay 1700 plus for a procedure on the spot then they will let you leave in pain. money seems like the priority there not your health. no payment plans and will charge you for the exam and xrays even though you are leaving in pain with no help. perhaps putting peopl... read more

The staff and doctors at this office are wonderful! The ladies at the front desk are courteous and very helpful in trying to help you schedule appointments. Dr. Dory and his team of specialists are the best in their craft. They are professional and caring doctors. All the assistants are kind and patient especially with those of us with anxiety. I would highly recommend them!!
