I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with our local ambulance service, both in terms of the emergency response and the billing process that followed. Although the ambulance station is only about three miles away, it took approximately 45 minutes for the crew to arrive after we called. I recently experienced a home fire. I wanted to compliment the Seneca Ambulance Service for their their prompt and professional response. Their director, Nate, was kind enough to give me a follow-up phone call to see how I was doing. We're lucky to have such a great emergency team, here in Ovid!
