My poor family member has repeatedly had appointments cancelled and is currently extremely unwell the staff here hang up without a second’s thought for people’s mental wellbeing I’m appalled

This place feels like it's ran for the benefit of the staff. Zero parking for patients. Plenty for staff. Cancel appointments all the time. I've had five in a row cancelled but if you turn up a few minutes late you won't be seen. Hardly ever see any other patients. Needs to be closed down. Not for for purpose.
