Front desk lady was extremely rude, when asked for my insurance and I.d I explained it was forgotten in a rush and she proceeded to scold me in the waiting room in front of multiple other patients saying that I was old enough to carry a I.d and she could reschedule me. When I called my sister to send photos of both of my cards she acted as if she had to look up a policy on wether not she could accept a photo copy.
