I booked a room at this location for my family while on vacation. Booking.com send email to the property about my refund they have not replied or reimbursement me my money. We did not stay on the property at all. After we arrive to the property to check in we were not pleased. We asked for an reimbursement because the room was dirty. The hotel has a nice location, but the service and the management is the worst. I had a reservation for two rooms and two days paid in full, non refundable. I got there late and they canceled my reservation for the two days, because y refused to pay late charges, did not returned the money and treated us horrible. It was my daughter"s birthday, they saw the kids and did not care about us.

Estas personas tienen una manera muy sutil de robar dinero, yo hice una reservacion paga por dos días, pero no pude llegar a tiempo por las inclemencias del tiempo y el tráfico. Ellos me cancelaron los dos días sin devolución de dinero, reconozco que son sus políticas, pero ni siquiera me dieron la oportunidad de quedarme el otro día que me quedaba, pues me exigían 150 dolares, 50 por llegar tarde y 100 por el deposito. 6/15/2025 Stayed here for my daughters birthday never again dirty stained sheets,dirt underneath the fitted sheet(front desk blame it on training a new housekeeper),Black Mold everywhere (sheets, ceiling, microwave, Pillows), balcony smelled of cats and dog piss, holes in walls everywhere, trash behind the bed, gnats everywhere. Noone came to clean the entire time even after i called for clean bedding i had to ask for cleaning supplies because it was already late when we checked in. Pool was closed.
