South Sagamore Ervices has not returned to complete our' secure kennel' project. All started out great but they never returned to finish- to anchor the chain link sides to the ground.Dog can slip right under the flexible fence. Dog has escaped twice- now we have an unusable expensive dog kennel. Jay promised to return but never did. Won't return any phone, text or email messages.
