I was looking at a new mobile home they put in, the park is small but needs cleaned up in a major way very sketchy park.do not allow big breed dogs most cases good but not all breeds are bad. They may be cleaning it up slowly I didn't feel comfortable to pursue any further. It's not the greatest side of town as is. Wish it was cleaner and more presented to appeal to families with younger kids.
Came in to see the property, office staff was super pleasant, property was clean, within 30 minutes of the viewing Tracy had me approved and ready to sign. Her communication is top notch and I very much am looking forward to living here.
