I drove a considerable distance to this crash repair shop after finding them online, as they advertise both private and insurance repairs. As soon as I walked in, I was asked whether my quote was for a private job or an insurance claim. When I said it was a private job, I was simply told, “We don’t do private work.” They didn’t ask what I needed, inspect the vehicle, or offer any assistance.
