Andy and his crew did a phenomenal job! Andy’s communication prior to the construction was great. The crew arrived ready to work on time. The work was exceptional and as a detailed person— I can’t find one flaw in the construction.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I needed to replace my small shed with another. Not only did they remove my old shed, but they put in a nice foundation and built on-site my new shed. I thought I would need to hire different people to tear down the old shed and put in a foundation. I'm so very impressed by the communication and work ethic of all of these workers.
We chose South River partly because they were willing to come out to our home and check the site. Gave us advice on placement and we ended up hiring them for pad prep as well (leveling and gravel placement). The other options were never clear about how the site should be prepped. The team was efficient on installation day. And we liked that materials were all primed, and then filled and caulked afterwards. The downside was that they don't paint the shed. Andy was extremely professional and easy to work with. He and his crew designed and created the gravel pad that was needed for the shed. Andy personally delivered and set the shed. How he maneuvered the shed on the platform under tree limbs and landscape was nothing short of precision of someone who knows his craft. We highly recommend South River Structures.
