The people they have answering the phones are very rude and unprofessional.
My Children have been patients at South River Pediatrics for nearly 3yrs and have always appreciated the quality of care from the medical staff. However, my recent experience left me deeply disappointed due to the front desk staff's unprofessionalism and poor communication.
