The pediatricians here are amazing.
We love Dr. Mickens! We've been bringing our son to her since he was born and have always had a positive experience. She is kind and patient — we never feel rushed, and our questions are always answered with care and concern. The staff and nurses are equally welcoming, and we feel just as confident seeing other clinicians in the practice when Dr. Mickens isn't available.
Samantha Rose is exceptional, it was my son’s first visit with her. We have seen Krystal since birth and she is THE best ever and like our family, We were in an out of the office in a timely manner and feel like the quality of care is top notch. Lastly, the receptionist is one of my favs as well at Dunkirk, we prefer this location to Edgewater.
I have been bringing my kids here for a few years now and have always had a great experience. The front desk staff, especially Kendria, are always super nice and during check in and check out will interacts with my toddler which makes the process a little easier for me. We usually see Dr. Mickens and her medical assistant, who have always been very patient with my kids. Dr. Mickens is also very thorough and happily answers any question I may have. Dr. Harris has been our pediatrician for years. She is kind, professional, thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable. I would not trust my children’s care to anyone else.
