We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Harris during my daughter’s annual physical. Dr. Harris was warm, attentive, thorough, and genuinely took the time to listen and make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. I especially appreciated how comfortable and respected she made my daughter feel throughout the visit. I was trying to establish care for my child as a new patient, and my experience was very disappointing. The office is supposed to open at 8:00 a.m., but I called multiple locations—including Dunkirk and Edgewater—and no one answered. I finally reached someone around 9:10 a.m., and I was told the office was open but that their phone lines had been “crazy.” It was hard to understand how this could be happening at multiple locations at the same time. The Dunkirk office was fantastic, the Edgewater office was awful. I was extremely disappointed that I had to travel there because the other office in Edgewater did not have the one shot she needed. They made the appointment and it was almost a month in advance. We traveled over an hour away and they don’t have the one thing we are there for. So I had to travel another 35 minutes to an area we didn’t know. The Edgewater office didn’t seem to care. Very upsetting.
