A life was lost at this facility due to negligence. At the end of the day not one of the top heads come out to give their condolences. When I say this place does not care about you or your loved one, please believe me. Do not send your loved one here to be neglected and possibly lose their life. It’s not worth it.
Lisa Bowie is awesome—very empathetic, kind, and caring. She really helped ease my mind, and the process went smoothly for my mom. The staff members are also wonderful. They always kept me informed and updated me on what was going on with my mom. I truly appreciate all their support, communication, and kindness. Thank you, Lisa, and the entire team!
It is absolutely baffling how this place is allowed to be open. There is a ROACH INFESTATION that the employees acknowledged and laughed off (just step on them) There are exposed wires coming out of outlets causing fire hazards. The lights in the bathroom were broken, an obvious safety hazard. Nurse call buttons go unanswered, completely ignored. The disgusting attitude of MANY people that work here just oozes out of them. They need to find another job if they hate this one so much, they should not be caring for other humans... read more
This 1 star is for ownership. This place is understaffed and the employees and the patients deserve better. 1 person can be in charge of 30 people or more. It isn't physically possible for the staff to tend to everyone's needs in a timely manner without MORE STAFF. Shame on our government for their lack of healthcare support and shame on ownership if they are in any way taking a profit over staffing well or paying well.
I WOULD GIVE IT 0 IF IT WERE AN OPTION , MY HUBBY BEEN IN THERE SINCE JULY 3rd 2026 , WORST PLACE IN THE USA 😡😡😡😡 HE GETS IGNORED THE RN HID HIS CALL BUTTON HE COULDN'T WALK 2 GET IT ACROSS THE ROOM, THEY HARDLY EVER ANSWER THE CALL BUTTON THERE IS ONLY 2 PEEP THAT WORK WELL BUT THEIR NOT THERE EVERY DAY UNFORTUNATELY!!
