I am fairly a new customer. I am trying to understand the usage report. I understand the high temp, low temp and how much my usage is. What I dont know is where I should fall in the chart in order to be using the correct amount and not to much.

However, I will have one of our energy advisors contact you and perform an energy analysis so they can help you understand how you are using energy in your home and to make some recommendations of ways to save.
This is a legalized racketeering and highway robbery utility company. They're gouging the hard working Americans in **. There's been several people.in my neighborhood stating the same, their bills have more than doubled this year. South River is price gouging and it's theft flat out. They're doing something to inflate the meters on their end so they can charge WAY more. Will be filing several complaints with the energy commission.

South River EMC reads meters through our automated meter reading infrastructure daily. These readings are based on energy used in the home. Currently, members are using more energy as a result of the extremely hot temperatures in July and August. If this member would like for us to take a look at their account and possibly have an energy auditor visit their home to identify where energy is used we will be happy to arrange this complimentary service.
