Great customer service
Griffith was terrible. Take your business somewhere else, specially if you’re a minority. He had nothing nice to say and made us feel very unwelcome.
We had a great time cruising the South River on October 1st and stopping to pick crabs for lunch at Mike's Restuarant. We rented a 19' Hurricane. They took time to familiarize us with the boat, location of safety equipment and how to operate the boat. They gave us a map of the river. The boat was clean and comfortable. The online rental process was easy. I called to ask for a specific time for our 4 hour rental and they were willing to accomodate our request. Recently booked a 4hr charter on the 46’ Carmen ‘Terrapin Station’ and had an unforgettable afternoon. Captain Graham was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Griff & Ronnie made the booking process seamless. I’ve been using SRBR for years, and that will not change any time soon. Their service is undoubtedly the best on the South River.
We had a great time crabbing on the 23’ Parker for a half day. Grif was so helpful and had an area map for us to use. We will definitely be coming back again.
