Dr Ali and Suniti were very patient and very helpful in getting acquainted with environment and treatment.
Update- avoid you will need a deep cleaning not standard since they make money off you.. you will need a crown and root canal (make money off you ) running scam read fb community ads she scams everyone avoid and report her to the license board - most 5 star reviews are fake from people who are not even in VA be cautious of this practice and its shady practices- my wife went today shady doctor tried to upsell a deep cleanig .. told her regular cleaning wont help.. said she had gum disease (she said the same to me i guess ever... read more
The office is Great, everyone there is nice and helpful. The reason for the 1 start is because of “Billing Integrity”. I don’t know who takes care of that but there were items stated on the insurance claim didn’t happen. When I called the answer was it’s okay you didn’t have to pay for it.. NO it’s not just about I have to pay or not.. After I got the final insurance claim from the insurance I find another item that also didn’t happen. Moreover, they ask for a $100 as a down payment.
