Years ago i purchased a car here but they retained the lien due to the fact i paid with multiple post dated checks. After satisfying the lien, they refused to sign my DMV lien release form so i could obtain the title. I ended up forgetting about it until 11 years later when i wanted to sell the car. I contacted them and they said they would sign my lien release form. So i visited them and gave the manager the form. He signed it, then demanded 200 dollars to give it back.
