Someone reported my previous review and it was removed, so I am posting again. I agree with many of the negative reviews here. In my experience, some of the instructors and staff in this program are extremely unprofessional. Responses often take 2–3 weeks, and there were issues with the way my Zoom classes were calculated, which resulted in me having to complete 12 additional Zoom sessions. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with an agency. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely generous with their time and support. What really stood out to me is that even after I was discharged, they continued to check in on my wellbeing—something I’ve never experienced with other places. worst of the WORST . You have people in your groups acting like we are in high school and hitting on you during classes. You have Angela who thinks your job and life out the program isn’t important.
