Phone operators are rude, busy, and standoffish while potential patients are making appointments. They also refuse anyone asking to speak to office management. They will hang up on you and present themselves as incapable of doing a basic job of scheduling.
I have been working with Regina for about 15 years. She is great and listens and open to work together to find solution. It's why I stay with her and for so long. Highly recommended!

I’ve been seeing Regina since I was in elementary school and I’m an adult now, and still love her! She’s very attentive and addresses all issues!
She was very in and out. Didn't really seem to want to understand or learn about my body pain. Barely looked and me or listened to me, didn't want to get to know me at all. She told me I should "walk more" like that was just gonna fix my body pain?? I walk all the time it doesn't make a difference. She didn't know anything about fibromyalgia.
