I came late in the day at 4:30. No line and they got going on my truckload right away. Granted it was the end of the day and they were motivated to wrap up but man, this is an efficient team. Good guys. I was told no way I could sell AC parts from the old one my service guy had replaced and I understand it's state law, not their rule trying to make sure as much refrigerant as possible gets captured, not just vented to our air. I waited 30 minutes to turn in my cans. They gave me a receipt for 10 pounds. I know for a fact that I had at least 20 pounds. I mentioned to the cashier that I knew I had more than 10 pounds of cans. She asked if I believed I had more. I assume she was going to offer me more money. They must do this often. I will never go back there.

Hoping the Supervisor review there cameras for Saturday 5/31/2025 around 12:15 pm plus and see a man in a white shirts/ and blue jeans and black shoes being serviced for service then watch the employees scam on that man.
