Debbie and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I learn something new every time I bring my machine in for it's annual tune up.
I was considering using this store since I live nearby, but after reading Hannah’s recent review, I will never set foot in your store. Really shameful how you treated her.
Came in with my friend who was looking to get a part to fix her machine. The woman working asked if she could help us and when I told her I was just browsing and asked if she had a Brother section she looked at me and said “why would I?” so rudely I was almost at a loss for words. She went on to say she carried “only the best machines in the world” and the people in the back area literally turned to each other and said “she asked about Brother machines” and started laughing (I wish I was joking lol).
