Super bizarre experience here. I came in for a 2 week classic lash refill, it’s a foreign fill which I get isn’t ideal. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time which happens I get it, but I was hardly greeted when it was my turn. I tried to explain my lash style to her and she cut me off and just said she will try to match what I have. My wife had an appointment, and had to reschedule. We came from hours away, and traffic caused us to be a little late. She let my wife reschedule, but by next morning she texted saying she can't make the appointment. She offered one an hour earlier, but didn't give us the option. My wife's phone was dead, and she didn't get the message until after her original appointment. We showed up on time, there's no signage no direction, and no employees! She just didn't show up, after accepting the reschedule appointment. Shady AF!
