My wife had an appointment, and had to reschedule. We came from hours away, and traffic caused us to be a little late. She let my wife reschedule, but by next morning she texted saying she can't make the appointment. She offered one an hour earlier, but didn't give us the option. My wife's phone was dead, and she didn't get the message until after her original appointment. We showed up on time, there's no signage no direction, and no employees! She just didn't show up, after accepting the reschedule appointment. Shady AF!
Chelsea is AMAZING. She does beautiful lashwork with a wonderful, gentle touch! I definitely recommend her, and I will be going back!
