Writing this because today (3/18/25) a request for crackers was the last straw. I've been at South Pointe since January, gave a "good review" awhile back, and thank God I'll be leaving this Saturday 3/22/25 (I've worked out hard physically to get out of here). Mind you, there are some good people here but the bad definitely outweighs the good. Here's the honest rundown: 1. They are consistently out of milk and or "dry cereal." 2. I wouldn't if my parents needed it and it was the last place on earth
Currently dealing with the staff at Southpointe on our mom. Getting ready for a face to face and have our lawyer on a conference call during the meeting. They are really sucking at being a rehab center. Also contacting the Corporate office.
A wonderful place to work. Amazing and caring staff.
