RecommendedThis is by far one of the best apartment complex I've lived in, if not the best. I will be transitioning to a new home soon; however, before I do, I'd like to give credit where it is due. Responsiveness: I only had 1 or 2 request during my year here but in both instances they were responsive, fast and the small problem was resolved with efficiency and professionalism. South Point apt is a friendly place to live convenient in a good neighborhood it's very cozy here with good people good staff in the office and so far I love it
I lived here for 13 months amd loved it! Very quiet, and if ever needed anything taken cared od they were prompt with their service. Debbie amd Grace were very attentive and pleasant!! I recommend this place and would move there again if ever back in Tampa!!
