We are February & March renters and have been at the same property for the past 7 years. Until this year, the pool maintenance has never been handled in the outstanding way that it is currently done. The pool is maintained by "Diego" of South Point. He is meticulous and ensures that every aspect is taken care of. Prior to Diego, the only thing done was to add chemicals - no filter cleaning, no vacuuming or other expected services. Diego is the epitome of what customer service should be -
