Have been going here for many years but things clearly changed after they were acquired by a large corporation, one that also bought out some other local vet practices. The docs and techs are still kind and competent. But unfortunately, with less competition, prices went way up and there's a more aggressive emphasis on revenue. It's not just your friendly local vet now, it's a huge corporation based in Florida. They still take good care of your pet, but be cautious of expensive recommendations.

Thank God for the people at South Point! They quickly got my senior cat, Nilla, into their office and diagnosed him even faster! He was lethargic and uncomfortable yesterday. Today, he’s purring and begging for his food again!! I thought I was going to lose my loyal best friend but they helped save his life with their speedy and knowledgeable care. I cannot rave and thank this vet office enough. Thank you! 🤍
