Wonderful people and wonderful service!! Mike made me an awesome set of Farrier chaps and he can fix or adjust anything on a saddle! Also has a great consignment area ...highly recommend
I wish I had found Mike & South Point a year ago when I first entered the 'horsey' world! A diamond in the rough anyone who is looking for their horse to be properly fitted to a saddle (Western or English) should contact SP! Mike went above and beyond when I made a trip to the store (spent over 1.5hrs) just giving me insight & knowledge that I had been lacking as a newbie:). So excited to have my draft cross fitted next week and I will continue to support this business well into the future!
I just had work done on my very old, 1977, Crosby by Mike. He talked me out of getting to reflocked and did some cosmetic work, replaced keepers and such. He did the same for my daughter's Stuben. He did great work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for any leather work you need done. Very satisfied customer.
I took my horse to South Point to be fitted. Mike did an above and beyond job explaining the proper fitting and what my horse needs. At the time he didn't have a seat small enough for me but that wasn't a problem. We figured out the size tree my horse needed then ordered a saddle that fit the both of us. He was very reasonable on the price and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I recommend anyone who is searching for a saddle or needs their horse fitted to call Mike!
