Fantastic job, very professional
Used South Plumbing Services for repair on a boiler. Several months on and another problem has occurred on a part that he replaced so I contacted him, after several days he replied and he has refused to come back and take a look. Despite him changing almost every part on the boiler at a cost of over £1500 he says he ‘cannot help me with that boiler’ and that I should find another engineer. Very disappointed in Mojis attitude to return and honour his work.
He mentioned in his response an unrepairable boiler...its since been fixed...he has no knowledge of boilers...aggressive??? Cannot understand that statement
