I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment and arrived 10 minutes early to South Plaza Barbers. The hours posted on the sign in the window states that South Plaza Barbers is open 9-5. I waited until 9:10 am. No employees arrived to open the business. I tried calling multiple times to check what was going on with no answer.
