do not order parts from them worst headache of all they can not deliver them they dont have all the parts in the store they can not cancel or change the order i have to call 800 number and Im still no were 800 number calls dealer to see if they can do anything, I have to contact my bank to get refund for parts that they lost, order your parts elsewhere do not waste your time with John Deere

I started to drive to the Seminole.location, but after reading the reciews im glad i didnt go. I would imagine the SPI in Levelland is the same. I stopped by to look at buying a tractor, but no one ever came outside, so if I had questions, i was screwed.
