I called about a used tractor advertised online for $15,900 and after speaking to a salesman he changed the price to $17,500 or $18,375 with the mower that was clearly in the picture. This is a shady used dealership. Any honest business would honor their advertised price. I even spoke to the manager who also refused to honor their advertised price.
