I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. The staff was unprofessional from the start, and no one informed me of my co-pay or what my visit would cost upon arrival. To make matters worse, I was never told that I would need to see the doctor for a screening,which resulted in a massive, completely unexpected bill afterward.
