SPEC is a joke. They will literally disconnect your service if your payment is lower than 50.00. I would give it zero stars. Go to a different electric company if you can, I would recommend not to go through SPEC. They don’t care about the customers all they care about is the money.
Horrible shut down my electricity with ZERO warning when I paid my bill. This has happened TWICE. They never really apologized and didn’t offer any compensation. Horrible.
