I’m a FIRST TIME MT BIKE OWNER. Worse customer service I’ve ever experience. I bought a tube and tire with sealant in it Sunday and the tube was the wrong size. Mind you the guy who sold it said he don’t ever work at that store he was just there to help. He took my tube out of the box and filled it gave it to me and I paid. When I found out the tube was the wrong size I called and told them the situation and he said all I need is a receipt and I had it. The slide road location suuuuucks. The big ugly fella who works there is hard to look at and harder to talk to. The other guys almost make up for it, except it's a mediocre bike store on top of that.

We take any criticism seriously and respond to all complaints of substance. This appears to be trolling and/or a personal attack on an employee, the owner will hear any legitimate complaint, however this unacceptable.

Friendly Service and good tips on products.
Always have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, will work to find the best deal for the customer. Location is a little hidden but you can still find it if you look. Overall just a great neighborhood bike shop with something for everyone.
