The service was excellent from the very beginning. I booked them for Persian, Turkish, and silk rug cleaning. The free estimate was easy to schedule, and they came well-prepared. After reviewing each rug and explaining their process, they handled all the furniture and removed the rugs safely. The cleaning took 9 days, and the results were spectacular. They returned and placed each rug back in position. This company’s attention to detail and commitment to quality is exactly what I was looking for.
The woven rug in our family room had wine stains and pet hair stuck deep in it. I booked a free estimate online, and they came right out. After reviewing it, they gave me a reasonable price, removed the rug, and returned it a week later looking fresh and soft. The stain was completely gone, and even the pet odor disappeared.
