They said " come the part is ready for pick up" When I came from long distance guy said " sorry we can't find it" Spent whole day for traveling and a lot of money for gas and tolls. Not good way of doing business.
I would give them zero stars if I could, awful experience. Had to call them 4 times to try to get a part they said they had. Drove all the way to the shop to pick it up and they wouldn't pick up the phone until I called 3 times then told me they can't get me the part they had less than an hour before. Because they were closing, I called at 1:40 pm on Saturday - they close at 3 pm on Saturdays. Good luck with dealing with warren auto wreckers- awful service- awful experience
