There are no other words I can use for this group other than scam artists. I have a home warranty, and they were tasked to replace a heat exchanger. They claimed it had 3 cracks and they wanted me to pay 2,200 above what the home warranty was going to cover to do the job. They claimed it required a permit fee and duct testing (which was a COMPLETE LIE). The fact they made up charges to cover the reimbursement from the warranty company was completely disgusting.
