Very rude receptionist. Called to ask if we can cancel our appointment since we decided to go ahead for an emergency visit to urgent care, the receptionist then complained and said we should have called 2 hours ago (we only booked the appointment 1 hour ago) and we mentioned the patient needed emergency care, she still tried to convince us to go to them. Felt like an unethical money grab instead of wanting the best for the patient to seek proper care
